Taryn is a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Consultant with a personal commitment to community and family. As a mother of seven, she is actively involved in her children’s activities and will commence her role on the Pawhuska Public School Board in April 2025. Taryn’s contributions to her community have been recognized with her selection for the 2025 Native American 40 Under 40 Award, presented by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. Additionally, Taryn was selected to participate in Leadership Native Oklahoma by the American Indian Chamber of Commerce for 2025.
Educational Background
Taryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSL). She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Oral Roberts University, pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL). Taryn’s professional credentials include recognition as both a Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) and an Advanced Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP II).

Her role intertwines her professional expertise with her personal insights as a proud tribal member, allowing her to effectively integrate traditional HR practices with the specific needs of tribal communities.
In her position with REDW, Taryn excels in addressing client issues, coaching managers and employees on diverse employee relations matters, and conducting precise job interviews and descriptions for compensation clients. Her outstanding people skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities facilitate the delivery of high-impact, culturally-sensitive HR solutions.
