Kady Titus is Koyukon Athabascan, citizen of the Native Village of Ruby, Alaska and grew up in Fairbanks. She serves as the Preferred Provider & Industry Engagement Manager at the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy, where she leads efforts to build and strengthen relationships between Tribal Nations and industry partners. Her work focuses on aligning trusted providers with Tribal priorities, ensuring that energy development opportunities support sovereignty, long-term sustainability, and community-driven outcomes.

Kady brings more than 15 years of experience working alongside Tribal governments, Indigenous communities, and cross-sector partners across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Her background spans Tribal engagement, program development, and strategic partnership building, with a strong emphasis on culturally grounded approaches and collaborative problem-solving.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Kady served in a tribal engagement leadership role at Energy Northwest, where she developed and implemented agency-wide strategies for Tribal engagement and partnership. Her work has included advancing community-driven energy initiatives, supporting workforce development, and providing guidance on culturally responsive engagement practices.

Kady is a volunteer board member for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, where she supports efforts to ensure education systems reflect the needs and priorities of diverse communities.
