Connie Hall (Jeldes) is a bilingual professional with extensive experience leading people operations, strategy, and talent management across 13 countries in the Americas and EMEA. Over the years, she has developed a strong focus on fostering employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion while using data-driven insights to design and execute effective business strategies. Her work in private and nonprofit sectors has equipped her with a deep understanding of team management, client relationships, and talent acquisition best practices.

Connie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso (Chile).

Connie was born and raised in Chile, South America. Growing up, she lived in the Atacama Desert (the driest non-polar desert in the world), Patagonia, and other parts of Chile. She migrated to the United States in 2015 and has made Boston, MA, her new home. She enjoys being creative, watching movies, making charcuterie boards, traveling, and photography.
